Our Mission
Beaucoup Wellness is dedicated to helping people cultivate lasting mental and emotional well-being through therapy, education, and healthy living. Our approach recognizes that mental health is shaped by many factors including how we process life experiences, how we care for our bodies, and the habits we build every day.

Through evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), along with mental health education and guidance on nutrition and lifestyle practices that support emotional balance, Beaucoup Wellness empowers individuals to better understand themselves and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

Our mission is simple: to make mental wellness more accessible, practical, and sustainable because true well-being comes from caring for the whole person.

Culinary Art Therapy
Culinary Art Therapy
At Beaucoup Wellness, we also explore innovative approaches that support the connection between mental health and everyday living. One area of growing focus is Culinary Art Therapy, an approach that integrates traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with hands-on cooking experiences and nutritional psychoeducation.

Through this approach, clients explore the relationship between food and mood, learning how eating patterns, food choices, and mindful cooking practices can influence emotional well-being. Culinary Art Therapy incorporates mindfulness techniques applied to cooking and eating, helping individuals become more aware of how nourishment affects both mind and body.

Our practitioners collaborate with nutritionists and medical providers to support clients in developing healthier food practices. While remaining within our professional scope of practice, we provide guidance and feedback that helps individuals build sustainable habits that contribute to overall mental wellness.
Online Counseling
We aim to make mental health care accessible, flexible, and supportive of modern life. Online therapy allows clients to meet with a therapist from the comfort and privacy of their own home using a secure video platform.

All that is needed is a smartphone, computer, or tablet with an internet connection. As technology continues to shape how we live and connect, we are committed to offering secure and convenient options that make it easier for people to access the care and support they need.

Online therapy can be especially helpful for individuals with busy schedules, new parents, college students living away from home, people who travel frequently for work, or anyone who prefers the convenience of receiving care remotely.

Please note: Online therapy may not be appropriate for young children or for individuals experiencing active suicidal thoughts or certain severe mental health concerns. In these situations, more intensive or in-person care may be recommended.
